St Augustine's Network Rebuild Status

Beginning December 15th there will be significant changes occurring at St Augustine's as we rebuild their network. This page will detail status updates and impacts. You can also follow our updates on Twitter, with @LourdesSupport



Works Update - 02/01/2019

Works at St Augustine's are currently progressing well. The team have been working throughout the holiday to ensure the works are on schedule. 


Data has been migrated, All PCs and laptops are being migrated to the new systems. At this point, we are not envisaging that users will need to use the new username and passwords supplied, as we have worked around this issue we believe, and so access to email and one drive is not planned to be affected for any significant periods of time. A short period of switchover will occur prior to Friday, but this should have little to no impact on users.


We are working on software and ensuring all our settings are correct. We still advise staff to be prepared for disruption in the first week of term, as they adjust to the new system and we iron out any issues.

Staff and students should continue to save work to their OneDrive. Memory sticks will not work for any user from 8th January 2019.

Planned Works - 24th December - 7th January

All systems will be off during this time, excluding emails and OneDrive - however these systems will be taken offline during the period. We will post further updates here during this period.
