We are sorry you have found this, common reasons why tickets may be closed:

  • When we have had no reply for a significant time, and we cannot get hold of you, including via email reminders, in person and even by phone.
  • Your ticket is a duplicate, and we have merged it with a previous ticket from you, or other users. You will be included in updates from the previous ticket or the merged ticket.
  • Your ticket has been classed as SPAM.
  • When you reply to say 'thank you' - this sounds harsh, but the ticket re-opens when you reply to it. We really appreciate the thanks - but please respond to the survey on the resolution email :)
