The best way to check and see if a service is offline is to visit the Lourdes IT Server Status page, this is where we put any issues we know about, and we update it out of hours as well. It's really useful in holidays when we do lots of work, or over the weekend when issues may occur and we can't contact all staff. The page is hosted desperately from all our other services.
