Doddle will sometimes reject passwords even though they are correct.

There are two actions which are worth trying before sending the pupil to get the password reset.

1) Move the pupil to a different computer.

2) Clear the browsing data:


    In Google Chrome, click on the three dots at the top right of the screen.

Then click on More Tools followed by Clear Browsing Data

Click on Clear Data, then close all browser windows and try again.

If this does not work then you will have to send the pupil to the IT office so that we can chance their password.
