To create a meeting link you can share with parents - and allow the staff member to admin users and kick users out, follow the steps below:


  1. Open up Outlook
  2. Click on Calendars
  3. Click on New Teams Meeting 
  4. The link for the meeting will be saved in the meeting body
    1. You can share this with others, simply copy and paste the link.
    2. If you wish to send via text message, right click on the Join Microsoft Teams text, and choose copy hyperlink
