As part of your contribution your device is covered by Lourdes IT for any technical support question you have with the hardware or software running on your device.
Please note, we do not support any software that was not included with the device.
You can raise a support request with our team via the following methods
- Logging a ticket through our portal (https://help.lourdesit.org.uk)
- Logging a ticket via phone (01527 359 999)
- Logging a ticket via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Logging a ticket via live chat (on our portal)
Our system will then log your ticket, and a technician will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our opening hours are 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, support is not available outside of these times.
