Now that all staff are using Intune laptops, connecting to the print server requires the domain credentials to be stored on your laptop 


Symptoms of this would be that you can't print or you get a message that the printer is not available 


If you change your password you will need to update these stored details


To do this 


Click on the Start Menu 



Then type in the word credential


Open the Credential Manager



Select Windows Credentials 


Select the line with sba4730-16-ps and click edit



 

Update the stored password to your new one and click save
